Congratulations Mark! He has won the footy tipping competition with a score of 125.
Mark let the competition all year and saw off challenges from George, Troy and Ashish to hang on by one point.

In second place was Troy, he scored a very respectable 124 points. Too bad for him, his beloved magpies let him down in the last game of the season.
On 123 points and in third place, was Ashish. In his first year of tipping, he has been the rising star of the competition.
It’s also worth mentioning George, on 122 points, who was battling Mark for most of the season.
Unfortunately for George his final attack didn’t work out and he slipped a few places down the ladder.
And last but not least, Jazz claims the prize for finishing last (on purpose).

All the way down the ladder there has been some great battles, Namita vs Bradley, Nilay vs Liesl, Steve vs Locky are just a few.
It has been a very exciting season of tipping and I hope you have all enjoyed it.

In other news the face yours tipping competition has finished
with simon taking the win with 110.. four points ahead of saxomophone and five ahead of myself
and a special mention to george who got the only 8 of the season.. in the last round
and another special mention to mark who knew not much about footy at the start of the season and came an admirable 4th.
